Geff & Cindy Yancey had just purchased a condo with an amazing view. However, it needed a complete demo which included taking most of the condo back to its shell, replacing the HVAC, and installing hurricane sliding glass doors.

This couple came to us through a referral via their parents, who had worked with us previously. They wanted to transform their beachfront condo into a fun respite for their family and close friends.

The DeNisco's  wanted a full renovation, and to help us grasp their vision they shared with us a colorful hand towel and a small wooden plaque that had pretty shades of pale orange, yellow, blues and white.
